ACTIVATE YOUR POWER/ パワー起動

The first female Jewish member of the US Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, left the Earth on Friday which was Rosh Hashanah. The day I got married to a Jewish man was a Rosh Hashanah, and the night I gave birth to our daughter was another one, and felt even more celebrated, but I just read that in Judaism, R.B.G, who died on the new year holiday is considered “Tzadik,” a title given to the righteous and saintly. 

Not being interested in politics or the system of the government until the very dangerous man ran to be the leader of this country in 2016, I was not paying attention the super woman of our time. Social media has been flooded with R.B.G’s photos with her inspiring quotes, and I’m just learning what her death means to the American people. My favorite quote I’ve seen is “Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.” She also said “Don’t be distracted by emotions like anger, envy, resentment. These just zap energy and waste time.” R.B.G’s powerful quotes resonates with me too.   

Last week, I wrote about the affirmation I learned, “If I transform, the world will change.” 

In my late grandpa’s answer to my question about how much I should help my niece (She grew up without her father, her mother-my late sister-died on Cirrhosis after suffering severe depression before she was going to High School) through the medium Ree & Anthony, was “By showing what you’re doing, it will inspire her to change.” He also said, “Always remember the exiting feeling from when you succeeded in the past.” 

I remember the excitement when I got the job from the Japanese Bridal company in NYC. When I went to see the shop before my interview (the production was in the same building on Madison Avenue), I said to myself “It will be mine, oh yes, it will be!” (a quote from the film “Wayne’s World”). I didn’t know about affirmation then, but I said it, and I got the job! 

The famous quote from the film “Field of Dream”-“If you build it, he will come,” is also an affirmation. I said that when I reorganized my office hoping to get a translation job and my first project came in. 

I’m sure everyone has read the best selling book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne and printed out the make-believe check of a million dollars to put it on your wall, but nothing happens, you’d feel silly, then you’d forget about it. But affirmation works because affirming brings your energy up, and as they say, “Things happens for a good reasons in divine order.” 

If the leader of this country was a normal man, I may not have become an American citizen to vote in 2016. Women wouldn’t have stood up to fight strong. Many people have posted “What are we going to do!?” but some have posted “We morn today, but tomorrow we’ll fight.” This black woman wrote, “Hey Y’all, don’t think R.B.G was our last chance, we are!” Women are sharing messages of what we should do next, and organizing protests etc. already. The collective energy is powerful enough to change the world, we will make R.B.G’s fervent wish come true. For my end, I will make a message of “VOTE” for my Girls on Film Collection T-shirts and masks that I’m selling. 

Since the reading session, I’m trying to express truth in a way that won’t offend anyone. One step at a time, but I’m going to heal my fifth chakra. I’ve also thought about what my grandpa said. “The feeling of excitement.” That’s how to activate our power to get what we want, because when you’re excited, when your heart pounds and feels like you can do anything you want, you’re putting your energy up. The positive energy will attract good energy, you’ll meet the right people, you’ll make right decisions, and you’ll be living in your dream..!

アメリカ連邦最高裁判所、初ユダヤ系女性メンバーのルース・ベイダー・ギンズバーグ氏（R.B.G.)が、ユダヤ教の新年を祝う祝日、ロシャシャナにあたる金曜日にこの世を去った。私がユダヤ系のオットと結婚した日も、娘を産んだ日もロシャシャナにあたって、よりおめでたかったけれど、このユダヤ教の元日に亡くなったR.B.G.は、ツァディック；正義者、聖人と称されるのだそう。

２０１６年にあの危険な人間がこの国のリーダーに立候補するまで、私は政治にも国の制度にも興味がなかったから、この時代のスーパー・ウーマンのことも知らなかった。ソーシャルミディアはR.B.G.の写真や格言で一杯で、この女性を失ったことがアメリカ人にとってどういうことなのかが学べる。私が見て気に入った格言は「関心があることのために戦うのはいいことだけれど、他の人達もあなたに参加してついて行くようなやり方でしなさい。」

ほかにも、「怒り、嫉妬、恨み、などの感情に左右されないようにしなさい。そういう感情は、エネルギーの消耗で時間の無駄なのです。」私にも共感できる。

「私が変わることで、世界が変わる」という宣言について先週書いた。姪（父親なく育ち、高校に入る前に、重度の鬱病に病んだ末に肝硬変で亡くなった亡くなった妹の娘）をどこまでサポートするべきか、ミディアムのリーさんとアンソニーを通して亡くなったおじいちゃんに聞いた答えも、「由花がしていることを見せることで、感化された彼女が変わる。」だった。また、「成功した時のワクワクした気持ちをいつも思い出して欲しい。」と言われた。

ニューヨークで桂由美ブライダル・ハウスに就職できた時の喜びは覚えている。面接の前にマディソン街にあるお店（企画は同じビル内にあった）を視察に行った時、「絶対受かる。うん、絶対に！」（映画『ウェインズ・ワールド』から）と自分に言い聞かせた。その頃はまだ宣言することの威力については知らなかったけど、そう言って受かったのです。『フィールド・オブ・ドリーム』の有名な格言「それを造れば、彼はやって来る」も宣言。翻訳の仕事ができるように部屋を整理した時にこの宣言を使ったら、初仕事がすぐ入った。

ロンダ・バーンのベスト・セラー『ザ・シークレット』の本を読んだ皆さんは、空想の一億円小切手をプリントして壁に貼ったはいいが、何も起こらずにアホらしくなって諦めたことでしょう。でも、宣言することでエネルギーが上昇するから、願いが実現するのです。「良い理由で、起きるべき時に起こる」と言われるように。

この国のリーダーが普通の人だったら、２０１６年の選挙に投票するために私が米国市民になることはなかったかもしれない。女性達が立ち上がって強く闘うことも。「これからどうすればいいの！？」と沢山の人が投稿する中、「今日喪に服し、明日戦う」という人たちもいた。ある黒人女性は、「みんな、R.B.G.が最後のチャンスだった、なんて思わないでよね、私たちが可能性を持っているんだから！」私たち女性はすでに、次に何をすべきかをシェアしあったり、抗議デモを企画し始めている。この集団エネルギーのパワーは世界を変えるに充分なくらい強力。R.B.G.の切なる願い（次期大統領が決まるまでは、自分の後任の任命がされないように）も叶えられるでしょう。私自身がすべきこととしては、Girls On Film Collection で売っているT-シャツとマスクのメッセージに「VOTE （投票）」を新しく加えること。

リーディング以来、人に嫌な思いをさせずに自分に正直に表現するようにしている。一歩ずつ、五番目のチャクラのヒーリングをしているつもり。おじいちゃんに言われたことにも考えさせられた。「ワクワクの気持ち」。それこそが欲しい物を手にするパワーを起動させるのです。ワクワクしている時は胸が躍って何だってできる気がして、エネルギーが上昇するから。そのポジティブなエネルギーが良い出来事、波長の会う必要な人を引き寄せて、良い選択をするようになって、夢のように生きることができる‥！
